Things I really wish my S4 could do ...

1. I wish the Cdn S4's had the wifi hotspot option !
2. I wish I could scan through a song instead of just skipping from one to another.
3. I wish the mmi would display album covers while bluetooth streaming from my phone (my buddies Chevy truck does).
4. I wish the MMI could sync with more than one phone at a time, my $40 visor mount system in my old car could, that way I dont have to pick which phone will be connected and miss all the other calls (work and personal cell phone are both with me during work hours).
5. I wish the side mirrors could both drop down in reverse AND heat to defrost at the same time !!!

Anyone else have anything to add ? Or better, a solution to one of the above ?

Fairly certain you are able to do this. Cant remember which button you hit for the option but I couldve sworn MMI had this ability.

I wish my Premium Plus B8 S4 had seat memory. When I pay this much for a car a basic seat memory is a must have. I dont want to have to pay for the Prestige package to get a basic feature. I'll bet a Ford Focus has that as a standard feature.

you can hold the right arrow button without letting go and it will scan through a song. i do it all the time

You aren't missing anything with the wifi hotspot, I happen to think that is the biggest waste of a feature on the car. Not only is it 3G, but T Mobile as well. I've got the tethering option on my phone with 4G as most do now, which really makes this feature less appealing. I guess if you're constantly carting people are and you don't want to give out your personal phone wifi password it's a decent feature but seems like it was something that needed to come along several years ago for anyone to care about. Feel the same about the Internet options in the MMI though, if I need something I can look it up 50x faster on my phone.

I do wish it accepted wifi, so google maps and the MMI features could be tethered to my 4G connection.

Not sure given the timing of the release of this product that they went with 3G.

I believe the advanced key option gives you this feature. Agree, luxury car manufacturers are starting to nickel and dime for options that should be included in the base price.

In MY13 cars, you can scan through a song by pushing and holding the volume knob to the left or right.

Google Maps....simply by accepting Wifi from my LTE phone......forget paying another $40 a month for 3G on yet another device, what a rip off. I'm actually using my Galaxy S3 phones google maps navigation in conjunction with my built in Navi as its easier and quicker to search for an address on the phone and its google now feature is sweet!! The larger Navi screen helps out when I need a larger view though. I can't recal the number of times I've searched for a location on the Audi only to be dissappointed in the results. I once searched for a place and it said the nearest location was 1500Km away in the US....lol, go figure. So all that being said, I wish the Navi at least accepted mass POIs that you could download rather than having to manually add a couple of your own favourites. I would gladly use up the 20GB Hard drive for Navi info over jukeboxing....that's what the two SD card slots are for in my opinion.
