You need to load them to photobucket or like site. After that, its as easy as copying the IMG code and pasting in the post[up]

Today morning i checked the oil level indicator in the display and it shows slightly below Max , is that fine ? I have just driven around 100 miles since i took delivery of the car 2 days back
However it says Oil level OK.

You be good. It's probably just down a few ounces from max fill level. Welcome to Audi... they are thirsty ones after all.

That computer level is ok but buy the actual dipstick from ECStuning (http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B8_S4-Quattro-3.0T/Search/Dipstick/ES2070647/) or another company. Best $12-18 youll spend the filler tube is there but capped off with a plastic piece thats easily removable. When it says your low and the computer level is is showing at lowest point its still less then 1 full Quart(close to 1 quart if memory serves though). The computer is a nice touch but I still prefer the old fashioned dipstick. I wouldnt worry about it but keep any eye on it if it keeps dropping. I keep a quart in the trunk at all times but Ive done that with every car Ive owned along with a gallon of washer fluid, few bottles of water(drink or radiator tank incase of emergency, and a first aid kit but those are things Ive found over the 16 years of driving ive needed). Congrats on the car and look forward to seeing pics.

imgur.com is by the easiest uploading platform
drag and drop images into the main screen when you go to imgur.com
after it uploads, copy the code that looks like this " http://i.imgur.com/mP4AmYb.jpg " into the body of your post.
edit: here yo ugo

sweet ride btw
when you upload to flickr, right click the image and click "copy image url".
paste that link inbetween the tags here in the body of your post.
It'll look something like flickr.com/xxxyyyzzz.jpg.

actually I just read some guideline changes from flickr. You can no longer do what I said.
This is what you must do now.
Where is the HTML code and photo file link?
The HTML code to embed a photo in a web page that you used to find on the All Sizes page is now only in the Share menu above the photo, to the right of the Actions menu. We now also include BBCode! (standard message board code)
There are a few cases where the code may not be available: 1) If the photo is restricted. 2) If that person has turned off "Share this" or access to original files.
The direct link to a photo file is no longer shown on the page. Per the Flickr Community Guidelines "pages on other websites that display content hosted on flickr.com must provide a link from each photo or video back to its page on Flickr." Linking directly to the photo file doesn't do this.
