I just put a Injen intake in a few weeks ago. It's great, you need to get on it, plus it takes a little bit to getting "whining". I came from a awe s- flo and this Injen intake sounds much better.

Roc-Euro is where the whining is at. (I mean lots of whine)

I have the Injen intake as well; to me the sound increase is subtle over the stock intake. I am PlastiDipping the heat shield for the intake this weekend. I may drive around without the heat shield just to see how it sounds. I'm not convinced it actually does anything anyway.

I have Injen and I can hear it only past 3K RPM and up. The difference was clear right after I installed it, but you gotta rev it up.

I really like the sound.

I also have an Injen, def noticed a difference right away, but it is subtle until you get on the gas a bit. Overall, love the sound.

+1 Roc-Euro. I read too many negatives on Carbonio.

I love my injen intake, the sound is perfect! I didn't want an intake that was loud and annoying and the injen is just right. When you get on the gas it's definitely noticeable, but if you're blasting music you won't be able to hear it...

I will wait a week to decide weather i will move to another intake or stay on the injen. Thanks

Have you had before and after the tune? If u had I'd before the tune, did the sound change after the tune?

It is probably because you have a non-res AWE and your car is already loud as hell :)

If you decide to unload the injen lmk I am local.

The engine firewall on the B8s is pretty thick IMO....not a lot of sound (unfortunately) makes it through. But if you push it hard, you should hear it regardless of the brand you've chosen. Have someone stand outside your car and accelerate in their direction.....people on the street will definitely hear the whine.

I have the AWE S-Flo intake, and I shot a video last month of a few runs. You can sort of hear it in mine:

Want louder? run without the heat shield. Still will not be obnoxious, but it will be pretty noticeable at mid to full throttle.
