I just picked up an '04 Audi Allroad that is a fully built 3L stroker turbo engine with Tial 605s... Vast set up a base tune on the car before they closed their doors. It's currently running on a 22 psi setting which seems to be healthy, BUT I'd love to tune for more power... to the marks of 28-30 psi.

Is there anyone capable of working with Vast software to do this for me? I've heard there are, but thought I'd ask. Otherwise I'll make the move to another software like Jfonz or something.

Thanks in advance - Justin

You might have to move to EPL, or talk with Mike at wicked.

I used to be a VAST reseller, but not much can be done anymore. You can talk to Frank and beg to see if Mike would do a one-off, but other than that, you need to switch to another vendor.

Auto Union Tuning in Huntington Beach is a JFonz Tuning dealer. They can over-write your Vast tune and get you a new base file that you can start revising.

Expect $1,000-2k for a custom tune. GIAC will tune it as well but I think they're on the higher end of that scale.

P.S. I am very jealous of your Allroad Justin [:D] Are you bringin it to the SCS meet on 12/30? If so any chance I could get a ride? [drool]

JFonz stage 3+ tunes start at $500.00 for the 2.7. You can option that up to about 700 or even more if you want switching capabilities but $500.00 will get you started. You can price it out here http://shop.jfonztuning.com/C5-A6-tuning-27t-4.htm

I've already been in touch with J-Fonz and he recommended me over to AUT. So maybe in the next month or so, I'll head that way.

I do plan to try and make it out there. We'll see what happens.

Right now I'm dealing with the infamous JHM SS trio nightmare! One of the transporters tried shoving it into reverse and first too hard too many times I guess and it got all misaligned and I'm having a hard time getting it to re-adjusted, no matter how many times I watch the JHM instructional video and all. I'll give it another try later today *crosses fingers*
