Stereo Whine

I got a whine noise from from the stereo. I got an alpine double din head unit with some component speakers wired to a 4 channel amp and an amp for my sub. I ran the rca on opposite side of power wire. I have isolated the noise to be coming from the head unit. I tried grounding the head unit with the amp but still no change. Any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

These are always hard. Start with a better earth point.

I will, everything is in the back. Trying to find a good ground location is hard.
