Anyone know how to make the left scroll wheel on the steering wheel auto select MMI2

My friend had a rs4 with the same MMI 2G in his car and when you scroll the wheel for changing the channels on the steering wheel, it would scroll to the channel and auto select that preset.

On my Q7 with MMI 2g, i have to press in the scroll wheel to select the channel

Anyone know how to make it so it auto selects, so you dont have to press in the knob?

2007 RS4 has a completely different system in it. The screen looks similar but that's about it.
