SOLD!!!!
Thanks!

Before I post on leasetrader or swapalease.

2013 s4, brilliant black on black/alcantara
1600 miles currently, 36 mo lease, 10k miles/ year 561.68 per month including tax.

S tronic
MMI Nav
B and O
Carbon Atlas
All weather mats
SC badges

Car does not have Sport Diff

Installed:
AWE w/resonated dp's
20" Peeler reps
plasti dipped grill

Original parts will go with the car.

Obviously I put a bunch of money down plus money into mods, so I am asking for 5000.00 cash to take over lease, mostly to cover the 3 week ols mods, Not to mention that a 560 payment is almost unheard of.

I know asking for cash up front is a little crazy, but I would rather part out the mods than lose all the investment in them.
Buyout now is apprx 49,800
Buyout at lease end is 31653.50

Thanks!

Wow, your offering a GREAT deal man! I don't think you'll have any issue getting this done. My lease is $650/mo and I put down more than you are asking. GLWS!

You will be the co-signer on this lease if you try and swap it to someone else.. So if that person doesn't make their payments, the payment comes back to you.. Just so you know..

Not sure how much luck you will have doing a lease swap with so much time left on it - most of the time people take over leases with just a few months left on them. I would take the mods off and sell them separately and then ask for a lower "down payment"; majority of the people would not want to put any money down on leases and $5k is not exactly a pocket change...

I know 5k is a lot down, but if you wanted the mods anyway, its not asking much to get such a low payment. I have swapped 2 leases before, and never had an issue, thanks for the heads up though. From what I understand, its a real long shot they they would come back to original leasee for payment, scary thpught though. I may just buy the car put for 50k and then do what I have to do...
Thanks!

I can't imagine that's how it works. I used to work for BMW FS and if someone wanted their lease assumed by another party they were completely wiped off any trace of the loan. Maybe Audi FS is different but I think this is generally an urban legend in the lease takeover world.

To the OP, great deal on the lease, you must have put down a serious cap reduction. I'm sure it won't be too hard to find someone, but imagine someone paying the 5k and then driving off and getting the car totaled. Completely SOL and out 5k.

Hope it works out for you besides the down payment risk that's one heck of a deal.

Didnt do my research on back seat room with 2 car seats, i was blinded the awesomenees of the car itself. Came from a Range Rover Sport and I really miss the space, cargo area, roominess. Anyway, I put 6000 down in total including first month and tax and haggled for a week to get that payment. If I cant swap the lease I will just buy it out, then do what I have to...
