This video was absolutely amazing. I cannot believe these driving conditions exist. I don't know what to day, wrong side of road, rediculous lack of attention, pedestrians with hand guns, car snares, random falling debris, people driving up medians, off roading, vacating crashed cars like nothing happened, military vehicles doing low passes over highways, etc....

Someone told me that insurance companies there require the dash cams due to fraud and well, shit drivers. I tend to believe that.
