Ever since I bought my current Audi S4, it has had a message flash when ever I select a new station. I have attached a picture of the message that flashes for about 2 seconds while the station is changed. VAG-com says I have an antenna open ground but, I've tried checking all antenna grounds and connectors. Everything seems to be tight and well connected. Satellite radio works fine otherwise.

Anybody know what might be causing this error.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/11/16/4eny4uru.jpg

You probably have a bad antenna in the trunklid. Maybe water damage? Easiest fix is to buy an aftermarket antenna and see if it fixes the problem. If it does you can use that one or spend the money to get the factory one.

Don't know if this is your problem but we've had a lot of antenna wiring issues where they bend going into the deck lid and have sporadic contact issues when they break. I replace both antenna wires while I'm in there so the job doesn't have to be done twice (HF and ZF IIRC)! Are you able to tune in a lot of FM/AM stations?
