So I just installed a set of 18" O.Z. Ultralaggeras with OEM wheel bolts. I want to add spacers but want to know which 10 or 12mm spacers will work? I'm more concerned about ordering the "OEM wheel" spacers or " for aftermarket" wheel spacers from H&R. I believe that the chamfer lip that the wheel sits on is at different angles depending on the style of spacer. So the question is do I order spacers for OEM wheels or aftermarket? I had Alzor RS3 reps from ECS and they took an OEM spacer, then I had Avant Garde wheels which took aftermarket spacers. So...any advice?

I say you need to do a lot more research before going and buying spacers. Not only do we not know what width the wheels and the offset are, we also don't know which car these are going on. Those are the only things we need to suggest a spacer size that would properly fit that car. You need to make sure those wheels are ball seat wheels otherwise the OEM wheel bolts won't work. Most aftermarket wheels are conical seat. Not quite sure what you mean by OEM spacer, there's really no such thing. There's spacers that are hubcentric to the OEM wheels center bore.

Take a look at the description of these spacers. http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-A3-FWD-2.0T/Wheels/Spacers/ES1831830/ "For MOST aftermarket wheels"
Now look at the description of these spacers. http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-A3-FWD-2.0T/Wheels/Spacers/ES8812/ "For OEM wheels only"
The question was not what size I should get but rather which type of spacer should I get? I have all the parts and the wheels are installed and running and I already have 5mm spacers on the car, but I want to go wider on the rear. The confusion I have is that I've used so called "OEM only" spacers on aftermarket wheels...So I was just wondering if anyone has run O.Z. wheels on a 57.1 centerbore with 10mm or larger spacers and what part # they purchased.
