I have not purchased a car from them, but I did drive a Cayenne Turbo they had on the lot earlier this year. Both sales guys I dealt with were respectful and very courteous. I was surprised at how low-pressure it was. Being a used lot, I expected the stereotypical hard sell. Not so. In fact, I never even got a callback after I left.

They're USAA certified? Interesting. As a USAA customer, I pretty much trust them with anything. Seems like it's worth a shot.

I actually worked a dealer that they used to bring their Volvols in for repairs. They always did the work usually what ever it needed, they were good guys to do business with and didnt scimp on any repairs needed.
