Anyone have a favorite wax or sealant that they put on their daily driver S4 for winter protection?
I did some searching and saw a recommendation for Liquid Glass here but googling showed mixed reviews.

I've been using Meguiars Ultimate wax lately with pretty good results and it comes off super easy. Not sure of the longevity of it yet though but it's a lot better than the NXT wax.

Liquid glass provides very good gloss, but does notlast long far as protection goes. I use almost exclusively the Menzerna line of compounds, glazes, and their power lock polymer sealant is outstanding in every way. I stay away from store bought stuff...doesnt meen its not good, but your high end online detail suppliers will have you covered.

try wolfs body wrap, applied about 7 months ago and still going strong, one caveat with this product tho is that its recommended to use their nano shampoo to maintain it. Another alternative is Collonite 476 wax as it is not only cheap but protects for a long time

Blackfire All Paint Protection is the best I have found for durability and have tried many. Power Lock is a similar and excellent product but not as good as BF.

My experience in using LG for the last 30 yrs is that it does give long lasting protection. However, you need to start with 3 coats initially than 1 coat every 5-6 months will keeep in protecting. One coat is not enough for what you are looking for.
