American Tire Depot... but only the one on Glendale Blvd, on Glendale. I just recently got a set of Hankook V12 EVO. Their comfy, Quiet, Grippy, and inexpensive. I have no complaints so far.

Last several sets I got were from Tirerack or any local Just Tires. I bring them to Euro-Tech for mounting. Michelin Pilot Super Sports...best street tires I've ever used.

are you the new hookup, Tireguy?
got my last set from a wholesale distributor... first time and will go to them next time- paid $30 less per tire than my favorite site TireRack.com , and no shipping :) - only downside was no warranty from the wholesaler and I got a bubble in the sidewall a month later after hittin a pothole.

I've been going to Tire Central for years. The reviews speak for themselves as well as low prices. I'm running Hankook Evo V12s right now but might be tempted to switch to Hankook RS3s in the future. Ask for Donald and tell him that Keith referred you.

I doubt the OP is actually looking for a place to buy himself tires. Guessing this is some kind of post to promote his business, hence his name "Tireguy"

I jump between America's/Discount Tire, Ebay and TireRack for the best price. I'm in SoCal but need some snow capability in the winters. My favorite recently has been the Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS. So impressed I bought them a 2nd time. Now, I'm sporting a set of Conti extreme contact DWS but the jury is still out. Have to say, if I had the storage I would definately go with a summer and winter setup.

Not promoting any business. I'm well aware of forum policies and I'm not about to break them. Just think of me as a fellow Audi enthusiast who knows a lot about tires as some members have already pm'd me with tire related questions. I'm simply trying to figure out for myself what tires Audi drivers prefer and where they're buying them from. Much different from the s2000 drivers I dealt with years ago on s2ki.
Anyways, here's contribution so far since I joined. I hope this helps.

Having to wait 30 minutes for Donald to get off the phone is not good service. I used to like them but have realized that their tire prices are easily beat at Island and you don't have to wait for them to get off the phone. Tire Central is so busy that they can't service everyone within a reasonable time. My time is money and if I have to wait, then it's not worth it.

I get my tires from America's Tire Co. in Huntington Beach because my friend is the store manager at that location. I'm currently running on Yokohama Neova AD08 255/35/19.

I went to ebay for used tires like 5 years ago and found that one of the companies were local.
Since then I have used these guys 2-3 times for pairs and full sets of awesome used tires... no issues ever.

Tucker Tire Laguna Niguel. None of the America's tire style crap where they charge you for every little thing and then throw in a lame fee for whatever at the end. Ask for Brad.

Indeed very fair, from a good friend in wholesale sales.
I had them mounted at Pepboys for $20 and some hawaiian food for my brother who works there.

I paid $110 each for Hankook Evo V12s at Tire Central in San Gabriel including mounting and balancing. (225/45/17)
I have gotten even less before, but it's because I know the owner very well now.

At the time I purchased tires, there wasn't a rebate. I paid a lot less than retail by the pricing I have listed. Tire Central is the one of the cheapest places for tires in SoCal.
