FS/FT: 2002 Jetta GLS 1.8T - NJ

I bought the car with a broken timing belt and had the engine rebuilt with new head and some bottom end parts, specs are:

Chasis has 167K miles
-Silver, paint is in good condition

Engine has 167K on the bottom end and 80K on the head
-Auto transmission rebuilt at 100K per previous owner
-Powdercoated chrome valve cover
-Timing belt and tensioners replaced less than 50 miles ago
-Waterpump replaced less than 50 miles ago
-As stated, cylinder head has 80K miles (came off built motor I had for another project)
-Replaced piston in cylinder 2
-Removed SAI, N249 and PCV (Evap is half out, just take components out of fender and it is complete)
-42DD Stealth catch can in black
-IE SAI block off plate

Interior
-Black cloth
-Power windows and sunroof (all working)

The bad
-Driver fender has small dent
-Rear bumper has street parking wear and tear
-Dent on trunk lid
-Hood has some rock chips above emblem
-Suspect previous owner was a smoker, cigarette sized hole on each front seat cushion

Asking $3500 OBO. Open to trades for manual MK3 GTI or Jetta GLS/GLX (plus cash if necessary)
