im pushing 600hp (not really but plans will persist) what can i do? how about a 2.7 s4 biturbo box will that bolt on and handle the power? or does anyone know of aftermarket boxes?
i will further look into straight cut gears but not essential but dog engagments will be a must eventually.
i dont want to have to buy another box once i start doing 600+hp launchs at the strip.
any help appreciated guys thanks

the S4 trans bolt right up to the 1.8t but you need to replace several components to make it work. The list includes: S4 trans, S4 prop shaft, S4 rear diff, S4 subframe, S4 front cross shafts, S4 uprights, S4 upper and lower control arms, S4 shift assembly and an extension for the reverse light switch. Its a little pricey but totally worth it.
