GTG @ Super Car Sunday Woodland Hills Promenade Shopping Center
Sunday Morning 8/26 By 7:30am

(earlier the better so we can all hopefully park together as it gets crazy and fills up fast!)

9:30am
Depart on a group Cruise Over Topanga Canyon South to Mullholland West to Kanan North ending up at Johnny Rockets in Augora Hills for an early lunch.

Looking Forward to see all interested S. Cal Audiziners there!





Just want to find out who all is interested in a GTG on August 26th at Super Car Sunday at the Woodland Hills Promenade Shopping Center (Macy's parking Lot) from 8am-9:30am then group drive to the coast by 10am

The last Sunday of the month is always the largest turnout with hundreds of amazing cars. From Lambos and Ferrari's, to antiques and street rods.

Last month was our first meet up there and we followed it with a canyon cruise over Topanga, PCH and Malibu Canyon.

This time I think it would be cool to cruise south along the water and end up for lunch somewhere near the water. Maybe Redondo Beach, etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

So depending on the interest level of this event, we could stop by there, have someone put in our name, do a short canyon cruise and return for a late breakfast early lunch around 10:30-11?

that route is very good. i like it. there is also a lot of parking outside of johnny rockets so it will accommodate however many people show

It gets particularly infested above the rock store up to Kanan. Lot's of bicycles and motorcycles as well. Better options if people would like to drive "spirited". Looking forward to meeting some Audiziners.

All true statements! In fact, be cautious entering and exiting Super Car Sunday itself as well because the LAPD are there for every event, watching the crowd and drivers coming in and out.

Actually this will be my third S. Cal Audizine gtg and canyon cruise this Summer. So far everyone has been smart and considerate.

Owoodee is a solid leader and is in fact running on stretched tires so i don't think there will be any speed issues!

I'd personally love to see your GT3 however, I think we would all prefer hanging and cruising with your B8 S4!

The route is part of my daily commute. As ChrisF1 pointed out, Sunday morning, at the time we'll be cruising Mullholland is not the time/place to be speeding. Enjoy the road and the drive with new friends. The "Snake" section North of the Rock Store is the windiest section of Mullholland anywhere along it's entire length from Hollywood to PCH. I drive that section everyday and it's gorgeous but weekends bring out all kinds of hazards...as well as CHP and LACS. Seems like every weekend someones car/bike gets claimed by the Snake as they try to show off.

Let's have another great meet/drive with no tickets/incidents for anyone.[az]

Does the original video look fine on your computer? What format is the original? It looks like it may have been incorrectly processed during upload. When uploading videos to YouTube, I find it works best if I decline their offers to process the video in any way. I've ended up deleting several videos that ended up looking odd after U/L.

By opting-out of the processing that YouTube tries to add, I haven't had any issues. Hope it helps.

But seriously, I was waiting for the sound of the Maserati running up and down the parking lot behind us with his exhaust open. How did you miss that?[headbang] Che Bella voce!!

Who's the artist btw? How did you upload without YouTube tagging the music? That could be...useful.[evilsmile]

I'm slowly putting something together. Slowly being the keyword... The flyby looks cool. At normal speed its alot quicker than I thought. That supercharged 3.0 A6 can move pretty well for a stock sedan. Good thing I took your advice and set the cam on 720 at 60fps so the slow-mo looks like butta. Even at half speed, the flyby looks like a normal pass. I think I'll end up slowing it down 4x and then going normal as you guys then pass me so I can get some exhaust sounds. I got some good acceleration sounds at Cornell and Mullholland as each of you ahead of me took off from the stop sign one after another.

i was hesitating posting those end pictures haha i figured it was all in good fun lol. As soon as i get my tripod i should be able to do some cool stuff. As for the audio through the tunnels and stuff i had the mic levels to high so it was blown out by the wind. I forgot to set them back to driving sensitivity.

The artist is everlast "i get by" the beat was a sample from a older song that i also like thats more jazzy.

Well hope yall liked ill try some better angles next time. I was lazy this time around.
