I've been searching and apparently i lost my searching skill. Here is the problem:

1) ABS and Brake lights are on
2) Sometimes when you start driving, feels like ABS applies pressure on brakes and car is stopping (scary thing, especially that winter is coming)

I've searched and found that ABS or sensors could be bad, and that 96 abs is not repairable. Right now i'm trying to find a DIY on how to remove it properly and install a different one. If it fixes my sudden stopping im glad, lights or lack of ABS dont bother me.

so there is no DIY because it is really simple or because nobody knows of one?
