1) Side Assist. It was showing "false cars" then just quit saying there was an error after a few days of strange behaviour. Got it fixed up without question.
2) Start Button flaked. Again, replaced without issue.

- some rattling noise

- MMI seems to have some issues (BT might not pick up call, even though phone connected; backup camera doesn't turn on occasionally)

And have tracked the car many times.

Issues I've had are
- Start button got replaced cause the metal around the letters stared lifting and was sharp.
- Had to replace the passenger front outer tie rod end last week. Had loud clunking turning at low speeds.
- Thermostat recall
- Jerky DSG at low speeds - Issue was fixed with software update.
- Water pump issue - recall

2010 S4 with mods listed below:

Just hit 30,000 miles, APR V2 tune with pulley, intake, exhaust occured at around 25,000.

Corrected Issues:
- Water Pump Recall
- Thermostate Recall
- Replaced Start Button because of peeling

At the dealership today to address/diagnosis the following issues:
- Gear Malfunction Error (Gear Selector Lever Error - has now occured multiple times over the past two days)
- Audi Side Assist (get unavailable something blocking sensor error almost every time now at start-up)
- Passenger side door lock button clip broke (holding it in place with double sided tape right now)
- Sunroof is sticking on really hot days (it will raise up sometimes but not come back down)

I think RichiB has around the same miles with MANY more mods than I do, not sure about any issues though I am sure he will chime in.

Audi Side Assist Failing, shows something is in the way. Sometimes does not light up sometimes lights up with no one around.

Called Dealership.. Was told TD1 voids the ENTIRE warranty of the car internal and external parts even those not related to ECU and voids all warranty of anything. smh.

Love every min of it because of the mods I have made to make it my own!

Have the CV boot leak but haven't had a chance to get it fixed yet. Also just recently my sunroof stopped working in that it doesn't slide or tilt open. It's just dead. I rarely use it anyway.

I did back over a pick ax perfectly lined up with the flat part of the blade right behind my front passenger side which flew up and bashed my fender. Nice ding. Only bring it up because most of the posts show electronic/recall and no engine issues associated with a tune. Thank goodness.

Only issue other than recalls is a blown right front B&O tweeter. I'll have it replaced at the next service.

Squeaky brakes fixed under warranty and water pump done before tune at 10k or so.
