I had my belt tensioner pulley replaced as it was causing a rattling noise when the AC was on. Well, the problem came back and my mechanic replaced it under warranty. Now the problem is back again.....is he replacing the wrong part?
FYI, the noise will stop when the AC fan is off or if I press in the clutch.
