Get a nice spring shock combo, dont just do springs. KW has a very nice sport set up. FLATLINE has it on his Jetta and even with 19s the ride was smooth.

depends on the road conditions where you live and what you think is uncomfortable. Race springs will pick up every bump in the road.

if you are not track-driving your cars - race springs will be useless.. they typically offer LESS grip for most conditions and rough roads (like found in jersey) and overwork tires.

I'd disagree with you, but knowing that you actually do get to drive the true race cars, your probably right.

I've got the Bilstein shocks with H&R race springs - love the setup. Most of the roads around here are fairly smooth and good surface. If you live in an area with bad roads, no chance.

On the positve side, when you do want to push the car - it's unreal. Plus, you'll get a lower drop and better looks. My theory was that if you are going to do it, go all the way.

I have race springs and i love the ride, even with 4 people my car don't rub, and i live in NYC, city of potholes.

I have adjustable KONIs set full hard with H&R Race springs...and I love it. A little more harsh over bumps, but nice and firm for planting it around corners...and the wheel gap is perfect now!

You don't need both kidneys anyway :)
