Dried up Rain-X stained my windows

I sprayed some rain-x on my caron a very hot/sunny day and i didn't buff it off completely. Now, there are stains on the glass that normal glass cleaner cannot get off. Any ideas on how to remove this? I also have tinted windows. So, no chemicals that can potentially harm the tint.

The tint should be on the inside of the window, so no need to worry about that. I would try claying it, and if it is still there, polishing it.

You could also try an IPA rub down.....
