Have my s3 1.8t running ApR stage2 map with octane files loaded and just fitted wmi. Being in UK I run my car just on 99octane fuel all time. So if I use 100octane file with wmi on 99octane fuel will I cause any damage???

Doesn't much matter don't do 100oct file for mine only 95octane.

No , there is no reason why your vehicle would be damaged by 1 point octane difference even without your Water Methanol injection. A one point octane difference is nothingthe to worry about. This being said why are you running WMI on a 100 oct tune from APR?
