A8 wheels fit on my b7 a4?

I'm hoping someone could help me out here...I have a set of 18in wheels off of a 2004 A8L. I was wondering if these would fit my car? 2006 b7 a4 with sports suspension. I wasn't sure if maybe there was a different offset or anything. And if they would fit what tire size should i go with?

The A8 has a little larger fender flare, so putting that wheel on an A4 may require a fender lip roll or slight change in camber to avoid rubbing. If your A4 uses TPMS sensors, the A8 wheels may not accept them so you may lose the use of that system. Recommended tire sizes would be 245/40R18 or 235/40R18
