The idiots at my local shop decided to rough up the black powder coated barrels of new wheels with some sandpaper so that the balance weights would stick better. Needless to say when I saw the surface scratches I flipped out!!! The scratches do not go very deep. So is there a way to buff these out? If so, what is prepared method and products I need?
