I need to release the pressure in my fuel rail. How do I go about doing this? I found how to do it on a B6, but the rail is different and it has a screw to relieve the pressure. Thanks guys.

Not sure if there is a proper way to do it.. here's what I usually do:

1. pull fuel pump fuse while car is running, it will die... restart the car a few times, it will die and then just not start anymore..this will lower the pressure most of the way
2. wait for car to get cold
3. have a bunch of rags, and some water/fire extingusiher handy (incase you didnt let car cool down and spill some on the exhaust...)
4. pull out an injector and let it drain into rags...not a whole lot should come out.

Thanks for the info guys. I really appreciate it.

Edit: Which fuse is #28? Sorry for being such a noob. I don't have any wiring diagrams for my car.
