So one of my brake light bulbs went out. The replacement is very simple. But since there wasn't much information yet I would just post some pics for future reference.

This on the passenger side. remove the black round plastic thing by twisting it off, then just pull the linen out.

This pic is actually the driver side. All bulbs are mounted on the same bracket. The bracket is held on to the light fixture by three clips. pull on the tab where my finger is and that one should come right off. Then wiggle it around a bit to get the other two clips out. Then you could pull the whole thing out

To remove a bulb, gently press it into the bracket and twist counter-clockwise.

Reverse for install. [:D]
btw. for 2001 model tail lights, does anyone know that the upper most bulb is for? I only have the bulb on the driver's side installed. Thanks.

I have the 96.5 taillights but I'm pretty sure that's your fog light. They only come on the driver side...
