So I got most of my swirls out and stuff 3 weeks ago. Only washed the car once since then because of the pollen and weather around here. I want to shine it up again this weekend. The last coat on it was Natty's Blue. What do you guys suggest I should do after a good 2 bucket wash? Will another hand coat of wax and some detail spray be sufficient to keep the shine and fill in any lost protection?

That should work pretty well. I try to coat another wax layer every other wash. I use Einsett Glanz though and have applied 5 layers to the car. I mostly put another every other wash for durability, depth , and shine.

Yes - another light coat of Natty's is the way to go in this case. Not sure you need the QD, perhaps other than to prime the foam applicator as you start to apply the wax.
