Well I see my boy with his Subie put some sick mud flaps on car. So of course now I'm kind of eager to put some red mudflaps on my b5!!! But what are your opinions on this does it look good or bad?? Anyone have any pics.

Its personal taste really, I think some look good. car has to be dirty all the time though. search for a thread called "my rally build" or something similar i think he had some, there are a few cars around with them.

Edit:
forgot how much I liked spot lights
here are some threads anyway

Not diggin it, especially cause the Subie's and Evo's have them quite often.
Its kind of like the tow hook on the back of Honda's.....TRENDY!!!
But, if you plan to rally often, then do it.

I think it would be cool for "winter mode" maybe. But I wouldn't run them in the summer. I've got an old B3 that I think I'm going to go with the rally look: light bar up front, oversized mud flaps, and maybe some stuff on the roof. I was even thinking of doing a big "quattro" script up the entire side. The car is kind of worthless now being so old and so many miles, so I want to go a little crazy with it.

I'm fond of rally-esque styling personally, it's whatever floats ya boat.

To do it right, you need some custom widebody action, like so:

I'm thinking of making and installing some mudflaps too, just to test em out. I don't want red though. I'm afraid it'll make my green A4 look Christmas themed.

I like mudflaps, in OEM-style. I'm looking at the thick, stubby ones for the B6 from Audi's Accessory Programme. They look good on the B5.
