Looking to see what people have ran in higher hp applications as for clutch on the FWD a4's. I have heard that they do not need as strong of a clutch as the quattro cars, but not sure if that info is true. Will be running a gt2871r on a 440cc uni tune with meth (eventually), as for WHP i'm not sure about that either because of the small group of people who have FWD. I'm guessing and hoping to be somewhere in the 300-330 whp range. Anyone have a good clutch that I could go with?

A FWD car with street tires obviously can't hook up as fast as an AWD car when launching at the drag strip, but that's about the only difference. Launching isn't the only thing that requires a robust clutch; freeway full boost is a lot of load.

The FWD uses the same clutch as the Quattro as well, so pretty much every clutch review you see on here will equate to your car. Once you are moving, such as when shifting, freeway, etc, you'll have just as much stress as a Quattro car.

We've got a myriad of clutch options;

Either way, I'd suggest you move up to a 240mm kit.
