I searched the forums and could not find someone with a stupid question like mine. Anyways:

Problem: trying to get a filler plate for a black 2008 2.0t s-line (bought it in Ohio). Incredibly confused which one is supposed to be on my car.

As per guide
Filler Plates:

platinum grey:
8E0807287C1RR

dark grey with chrome strips:
8E0807287C1QP

black satin with black strips:
8E0807287C3FZ

black pearl (dtm only)
8E0807287DZ9Y

Then comes the different options on the websites:

Can someone who bought a car like mine point me to the one which is supposed to be on my car. Thanks and sorry if this thread already exits, please point me into the right thread since the search was useless.

Its pretty simple actually, if you have an S-Line Audi, then you have an S-Line Grille/bumper, meaning you would need a filler plate that will fit an S-Line Grille/bumper. DTM and Standard filler plates and grilles will not fit and S-Line.

Except for s-line, there havbe satin black with brushed aluminium strips, grey with chrome strips and platinum grey with chrome strips. Which one of these comes on the car originally?

I would get satin black with brushed strips. It's whatever you want.

Got the satin black w black strips and replaced the black strips with chrome strips from my stock filler plate. Ended up with black w chrome strips.
