My car threw a check engine and had the code for the air pump. I looked at the ecu and found the fuse blown. I replaced it and next day the new one blew. Does mean my pump is bad or some sort of electrical issue?

could be a shorted wire somewhere too. unplug the connector at the pump and see if it is still blowing a fuse.

^^Yep, do that. But it is most likely a bad pump. If you plan on replacing the pump, don't buy a new one. I'm sure there are lots of good used pumps available from members here for free/cheap. New is big money. Also, make sure you test your combi valve to verify that it opens and closes properly. A stuck open combi valve can cause pump failure again in short order. This is why it is recommended to replace the combi valve with the pump. You don't have to do that, but do at least test the thing.
