So after owning an intercooler for close to 6 months, I finally got around to installing it.

I bought piping on ebay, but was a little upset that the kit didn't have enough silicon couplers or tbolt clamps, so I had to make a run to the plumbing department of home depot to buy some thick rubber couplers with hose clamps attachted. I had a guy at my local muffler shop weld me up a mount for the intercooler.

I then realized I had a HUGE power steering leak from one of my hoses, so a run to the local auto parts store got me a new power steering cooler with some new hosing...

Then the bumper was a HUGE PITA to put back on, I think I slightly bent some brackets pulling it off and it took me hours to get it back on even close to straight! I cut out the middle part of the bumper in hopes to make it look more sporty, but its only starting to grow on me.

and lastly I figured, since its been 80ish all week in Chicago, why not put my summer tires back on? Here is a final shot with my summer tires and everything all back together.

Your piping looks a shit ton better than mine. What intercooler/piping combo??

Both are eBay items, the intercooler is a universal 28x5.5x2.5 from CX racing and the piping I got from the post that bikesai posted up, I'll try to find a link to it.

Here is the intercooler I bought

and here is a link for the piping.

however I just bought the piping alone for $150. If I had to do it all over again, I might just spend the extra money and get the kit all together and not buy the intercooler separately. It was not easy fitting the bumper back on with the intercooler I bought.

Looks good man! Replacing the power steering cooler is on my list for the summer, as I've got a leak from the same place.
