I would first like to start off and say that i do not have pictures of my install process so for that i apologize. This is me merely offering my opinion on a product, not an install DIY. For anyone who is interested in tackling this project, this DIY was very helpful http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/250754-20-Steps-To-B7-Brakes The majority of the process is very straight forward and easy to comprehend the installation, basically no instructions are required nor are they included in the kit.

What made me want to buy the product?
- Well as most of you have come to realize with the B7 brakes is that they work fairly well. They have good stopping power when needed and they use a pretty robust caliper and carrier. However my biggest issue was the feedback from the brake pedal. The pedal was for lack of a better word...mushy. Braking was very non-linear and to me it was not all that accurate according to how much pressure you apply to the pedal.

What does the TyrolSport Kit supposed to do?
- The point to this product is to eliminate the soft, rubber caliper slider bushings with solid bushing..the new ones are brass i believe but dont hold me to it. This kit offers a fix to the mushy brake pedal and aids in the brakes being more accurate and a more linear pedal feel....sounds like the perfect solution to my issues.

My Impressions..
- Install was a breeze. The first side took about 45 minutes because i was learning how to go through the process. The second side took 20 minutes and that included taking the wheel off and getting everything organized and ready. I do not pride myself in being a master mechanic...im fairly knowledgable and have some experience here and there so i personally was not intimidated with the install. To anyone who does not know what you are doing or are scared to play with your braking system. This product is VERY easy to install and i would not heistate to tackle this project. With the use of a good DIY like the one posted above, this is a very simple install to undertake. Now as for the results...when i first drove the car i was rather perplexed, everything felt the same. So i figured everything had to be "seated" so i slammed the brake pedal to engage ABS. After that all i can say is WOW. The brakes engage immediately, the pedal feels stiffer and the brakes have less fade and more of a bite to them. I love this product and the results i got with it and i praise TyrolSport for making such a great product at a relatively cheap price. To anyone who has not yet done this and wants more braking power without paying the price of a BBK...don't hesitate any longer.

Nope i didn't purchase it through the group buy, however that is how i found out about this product. I bought it directly from TyrolSport http://www.tyrolsport.com/index.php?p=product&id=124&parent=64 It came out to like 103$ after shipping. The company was very prompt to ship the item and i received it within the next week after purchase. Received email notification on order progress each step of the way as well.

The TyrolSport RCS kit is the best bang for your buck in regards to brake upgrades. It's a difference that can truly feel and I can attest to that as I have the RCS kit on both my Audis.

I completely agree! By far the best $100 i spent on my car, probably my favorite mod besides getting coils.

They do feel great and they are really good bang for the buck. It allows you to use the full travel of the peddle that initial play with no effect is gone.

did anyone have trouble with the "key ring" style snap rings? I couldn't figure it out immediately and just went out and bought normal snap rings and installed with those.

At first they were a pain, but then i just got the edge of them hooked onto the bushing and spun it around like i was threading it on.

how do the bushings hold up over time? do they require periodic cleaning?

Need too do these , just did the s4 fronts but with the none oem Caryers and on one caliper it was touching so I used a small dremel and all is good now but the rotor sits so close to the caryer that thus could help any more movement .
