I play hockey once a week and pickup a few guys and they load their sticks in the back of my Avant.
The black tape scuffs the headliner and cloth sides of my interior. I've tried standard Meg's interior spray cleaner but it doesn't do anything to remove these tape marks. The tape is a black friction tape that's pretty sticky. Any advice on what to use?
Thanks in advance!

I'd try a good all-purpose cleaner (i.e. Meguiar's APC), diluted with distilled water...3:1 water:APC for this purpose. You could also use Woollite - same dilution - if APC is difficult to come by in your neck of the woods. You'll want a nylon brush to agitate things, and a terry towel to wipe away the adhesive residue as it loosens up. Give it two or three rounds - spray > agitate > wipe and my guess is you'll be pleased with the results.

Thank you very much I will try and report back!

Will APC cut through the gummy adhesive? I was thinking something solvent based to cut it, no?

I wouldn't go with anything more harsh at the risk of damaging the color. The agitation with the brush, along with a pretty concentrated solution of APC:water, should work fine. It'll probably take a couple of passes though.
