well if you remember my thread about the lady who backed into my car while getting my hair cut. Any who while in body shop I had them paint the grille body matching paint, and install a few mods I had already purchased prior (8000k D1S bulbs, 3000k Fog bulbs, smoked corner markers). I want to get window trim done ASAP.

Any one plasti dip their window trim or have body shop paint it ($)? If so was did you take off trim (breaking the brackets) or tape off around vehicle (pain in the ass, but safer method)

The grille came out real nice.

Plastidip trim looks like open ass.

Agreed. Buy the vinyl from bmwshadowline.com and either do it yourself or have someone do it for ya. It looks real good.

Your grill and lights look super nice tho, nice[up]

Plan on tomorrow shortly after noon depending on how much work I get done.

Also do they sell color matched side reflectors on bumper (ones besides clear and smoked)? I want all black around area to be same color code.

ECS used to sell all colors and had them on sale for like $3 for the longest time. Brilliant Black was never available though for whatever reason.

Now they've only got a few colors (at crazy price), plus clear and smoked for $9.

I've got clear on my brilliant black, but black and silver is my theme, so it works IMO. Not sure clear would work for you. Or smoked for that matter. Smoked may look worse than clear because it close to black but not enough contrast.

I noticed that my car doesn't have that staggered look like it did before accident repair and overlooking all parts replaced they had to replace suspension front end.

Does it take time for it to perhaps fall into place or should I make sure correct OEM parts were replaced?

I totally love the grille...nice call. (Sun behind you for best quality shots...sorry if I'm Captain Obvious.)

You got hit pretty good, no? The invoice/receipt from your body shop should list all of the parts that were used. Not to raise your pulse, but I had a claim a coupla' years ago and was greatly disappointed to read that the details of my policy called for non-OEM parts at the insurance company's discretion.
