Can't decide... Power or handling...
Which do you recommend I do first?
Suspension would be sways, links, alu kreuz.
whichever is second won't be for 3-4 months afterwards.

Power is nothing without control, my friend

Tune it. Will be a completely different animal. After you find her limits with the speed you will know what to do with suspension.

Not to mention...this car has an awesome stock suspension and with quattro you must TRY to lose traction. Sure, tighter suspension and/or some sway bars and alu kruez will make her rock even harder but....its just such a beast with simple tune. More enjoyable to drive aggressively with boost held in upper rpm range.
I had this same decision couple of weeks back. Went with full Eurocode suspension upgrades. I cant stop driving in the twisties without a huge grin on my face anymore. I wrote a lengthy review on here check it out.
But then again I have a factory freak or a broken bypass valve lol

Good point. For me it was simple though. No twisties in my area. Just on ramps and highways. Local roads by me are slow and straight.

Yep, saw your review. Thats why I'm in this predicament! hahaa. Was dead set on tune first, but your review recharged my desire to get sways, links, and alu.

That's a really tough question.
Taste and preference is probably the only real debate. As pointed out, if you dont have "twisties" that much, you dont plan seriously to go out on the track and love straight acceleration? ECU is the way to get your fix but if you crave going in curves and feel the car's handling limits plus and you have access to plenty of curved roads, then suspension is the way to go.
I would say technically that going fast without being able to "hold it" on the road is probably not that much fun but we're talking Audi style here. The engineers were out to have fun on that car so they gave it a lot of capabilities and, I'll be the first to admit, I might be able to bring the thing to about 70% of its capacity (as I dont want to loose the use of it) so anything further for me is considered reckless (but heck I'm slowly building it up to track eventually).
My preference? Curves in all shapes and forms so I went with the Alu/USS and waiting for it (cleared Canadian customs yesterday).

id go suspension. the car is quik as is, make it handle better before you go faster
