Ok, this is just the oddest thing. My car these past few days feels like its not all there. I floor it, and I still get moving. However, it doesn't feel like it should. I replaced my coils 10k ago, could it be them again or should I start somewhere else? I talked with a local performance shop, and the said my DV valve should be good as it's the new revision.
Thanks for the help!

I doubt it is DV if you do eventually hit full boost. But the best way to diagnose would be to check for codes first. That way you know if you have a misfire or something else

check and see if one or two of your coils might have popped up a little. my car was idleing just a little, and felt like it had lost one of its balls. turns out my one coilpack had popped up about a half inch. popped that sucker back down, everything smoothed out.

Yes, it was. I pushed the coils back down and it does run better. Still not the same as before, but it's possible I'm just over listening.

lol my car idles a little too ;-)
And you might want to unplug your battery for a bit (few hours), then do a throttle position reset. idk I am finding that whenever I change anything, it always feels better after I do that.

Wow, I can't believe pushing the coils down would work so great! I thank you sir!

Glad to know that it is kinda normal for the coils to pop out like that. Mine have done it, but never to the point that performance was affected.

When a coil reaches "ejecto status" I usually replace them. But the coils tend to install better if you do it on a warm engine, especially if you have had yours replaced under the recall. There is a bulletin about Misfire faults after the coil campaign has been performed. Coils popping out is one of the things to look for, if they have they are supposed to be reinstalled on a warm engine

Ok, I just got my new coils in the mail today. I see you recommend changing them on a warm engine, is that true or doesn't it matter.
Thanks
