I have had these for a while now never had an issue. After washing my car this weekend I parked it backwards in the garage and I have a feeling the right rear is higher than the rest of the car...

Anyone have any issues similar to this with these springs?

Could it just be one faulty spring?

What can I do to rectify? My plan was to wait until factory struts wear out in a couple of years before getting into coilovers.

Is the garage uneven at all? Even with KW coilovers, I notice my ride height will change depending on how level the surface is that I park the car on.

+1. First make sure the surface is level, then measure the fender to ground height. Some variance is normal, but more than 1/8" or so could indicate a problem. I doubt it, though.

no issues with my H&R OE springs as far as I can tell - had them for 6months now

When visiting my parents, I've noticed a 1/8"-1/4" difference between parking on their driveway versus their garage...

I have had the H&R OE springs for about 3 weeks now. My left side is about 1/8 of an inch higher than the right. I have measured from the bottom of the fender to the center of the wheels in my garage. I then turned the car around and remeasured and it still reads about 1/8 inch higher on the left. The car rides straight as an arrow and no shaking at any speeds. So I have just learned to ignore it. I also think than when Im in the car by my self which is 95% of the time the car may be even. Thats what told my self to feel batter. In a few years I may go with coil overs..

im not being a dick but would this not be desireable as the car should sit about even when your in and driving with your body weight taking uo the additional height on the left side? although i dont think there are right hind drive car springs, so R/H cars would be further screwed. im not sure. I was looking at these, seems a nice drop.

This weekend I had my wife measure with me sitting in the car and it does in fact even out with me in it. I don't know if this is how it was designed but it just does.

So I had gotten used to the fact that the car was sitting a little higher on the driver side than the passenger side. After this thread was started it got me thinking about it again. It doesnt matter where I park the car, it still sits 1/4 inch higher fender to ground meassurement on the left. I meassured again this morning in various places and its the same thing. So I made an appointment to get the S/C pulley installed and they are going to take a look at it. For those of you that have the OE springs and are willing to meassure, can you post fender to ground meassurements? I know fender to middle of wheel is best but I started already with before fender to ground so I will like to stick with that. Thanks in advance!

dude...my springs seemed to sit differently for a few weeks or months after i got them...did know if it was the ADS or what?

in part because i was always looking at the ride height...now, everything is even, whether i stopped looking or not.

How different? I wouldn't mind if at times my right side was higher and at times the left. But it doesn't matter where I park it is always the drivers side that sit higher. Im going to get it looked at next week. If everything is sitting properly then I am going to have to accept it and maybe go with coil overs at a later time.

Max 5mm diference. Seemed to be most affected by cold weather at first. They have settled evenly since. Wouldn't hurt to have the shop take a look

Just got back from having my springs checked. They say that everything is seated properly but they can see where the car is sitting a bit higher on the left side. Nothing can be done other than possibly changing out the springs or maybe going coil overs. I was told that they were going to contact H&R and do research on it and get back to me. I suspect at this point I am going to have to get used to it.. Sucks cause I did the springs purely for looks and its driving me crazy knowing it is sitting a bit uneven...
