Carbonio intake

Hey guys,

I just installed stage 1 Carbonio intake. When I opened the package the filter had a slight crinkle on one of the sides. At first I didn't think anything about it and installed it as it was. But the more I think about it the more its beginning to bug me. I guess cause I paid good money to get a bent filter and I am wondering if the slight bend will disrupt the air. I think Im being paranoid but thought I would post the question. Should I be concerned? Thanks..

I would have requested an exchange prior to installation...

Yes, the car is idling perfect so Im not too worried. I was a little concerned that it would be torn on the inside. But that is just me being paranoid. I emailed APR to see if they would consider sending me a replacement filter. They have had great costumer service with me so far, I will see what they say. Thanks.

If I paid $450-600+ for an air intake and saw this,I wouldn't have hesitated to call APR for an exchange BEFORE the install.Their customer service is good though.
