2007 A3 Dice DUO installation help

Hi,

I recently purchased the Dice Electronics DUO-103-AVW for my 07 A3 with the symphony II radio. Followed all of the instructions, even tried all of the DIP switch settings on the DUO (the manual only shows the symphony II+), but I continue to get the message "no sat radio" when I press the SAT button.

I connected the DUO to the SAT harnesses in the trunk. I read on a few other threads that there might be a harness around the driver side kick plate that I need to connect to, but I was not able to find this. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks in advance.

I am having a similar issue with my 2005 S4 - I have the same radio - I can get the satellite radio to work by cycling back into the sat setting but my steering wheel controls don't work and I am feeling a little frustrated / hoping this is not how the unit was supposed to work.
