Ok, I finished putting my manifold back on, and got a pretty big leak from next to the backmost injector. I think I am quitting for the night and coming back at it tomorrow night after work. Time for patience and a restart.

EDIT - I think I just figured out how stupid I am. All four o-rings remained in the manifold when I took it off... So I left them in their respective holes when I re-assembled it, but then looking at the STASIS procedure, it looks like the o-rings need to be pulled out and put on the top of the injectors. hmmmm Important step if this happens to you.

I did not use any special tools, I had two injectors stick. They do not re seat that hard.
Regardless how they come out your going to want to clean them
Up. I let mine sit in a glass filled with fuel cleaner up to the metal. (don't let the plastic sit in this)
I completely disassembled them. But left the white collar on them.
Some of you will look at the retaining clip, the one that is recommended to replace. At first you will think this is broken, because it is usually split up the side, but even new ones I ordered came like that so dont feel bad about reusing them. I used a miniature pry bar to pull these out as its a twist counter clockwise motion and then pull straight out. Wiggling and twisting should loosen them up, and tbh I used the connector piece as a pry point... Just use your head and be patient.
Once everything is clean, these puppies slide back down and twist in place so smooth. Don't be worried about them seating extremely tight, as long as they are twist locked in place, boom your good. Just don't forget an o-ring or you will be like me taking the manifold off again and wasting another 40 mins of your life. (or more)
Oh and I used an extremely skinny long flat head, I guess a plastic scraper is safer lol ;-)
Eric post some pics on my thread, maybe before and afters because I did not.
The great thing is, you can get as crazy as you want making it look brand new if you want to take the time.
Yes the o-rings need to be installed back onto the injectors, I tried to warn you lol[headbang][facepalm]
Don't feel bad though, even I made this mistake once

I know, I know, read ALL the lines of your tek. Well, I did find out how long it takes to get the manifold off a second time: 35 minutes flat!! :) woohoo! Practice makes perfect.
Now let's see how long it takes to put it back together with the o-rings in the RIGHT place ;-) hehe, I love this car, but you should have seen my face when gas started squirting out from under my car !!
I will write back in about an hour when the beast is back together again.
