I have an 01 a4 1.8t awm with borg ko4-15. I used to boost around 20 and hold 17-18 but now i only hold 10psi. I changed the file i was using to pass inspection because i eliminated the sai and wouldnt pass readiness so i had a tuner make me a custom file to pass all the readiness. He told me to flash the original file back after the inspection so i did. After my long drive down to SC i realized i wasnt boosting what i should be. I noticed my FPR wasnt secure enough and was leaking small amounts of fuel the whole way down i suppose. I bought a new one but still wasnt boosting over 10. I have found no leaks other then that my turbo inlet hose loosens up and slides forward a little but that would just throw my maf off because of the unmeasured air being taken in past it. so would that throw me into a low limp mode maybe? I havent reflashed the tuned file yet, i havent had the time but i will soon. Any thoughts? i have no codes and dont have a voltmeter to check my n75 but when i disconnect it i get the open circuit code and when i reconnect it the code goes away so im guessing its getting voltage. Also my DV is a piston style that i bought off ebay, i know i know, never buy ebay car parts but i took it apart and it is the same style as my friends forge and i installed the stiffer spring as well, so i dont believe thats it but i am suspecting it because under light load i have somewhat slow acceleration and pretty much no boost till i get on it in any gear. any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
