I just can't figure out where this could be - seems like it would be a great spot for a photo shoot. Kinda reminds me of the one they had recently in Japan.

I'm going to say that it's shopped. You can see LA City Hall and the LA Metro buildings...but I don't know of a lot that has that view.

That's just a rendering I believe, not a real shot.

Photoshop!
It is probably based on some real like cityscape somewhere - as no one would CGI a backdrop with a building under construction - but not one of those buildings has a name. It may well be based on LA but I know most of the angles and I can't remember that one from anywhere.
Also, bear in mind even the car could be a render!

Miami 100% - It's a pretty old skyline pic - the glass building that is being built was completed around 6 months ago...
EDIT: This is shot at such a weird angle.... I am having a really difficult time figuring out where it is shot from. I think the picture may be inverted...
Nonetheless, it is absolutely Miami. Audi has also done a ton of other photoshoots with the Miami skyline.
I know for sure the building under construction is the Met 2, now know as the Wells Fargo Center. You can kinda make out the "slanted" glass that runs up the side of the building.

Ok - I'm now almost 100% sure the image is inverted.
It is definitely taken from inland. So, you are looking at downtown miami from the west.

Oddly enough, that is what makes it real. If you clocked that angle in real life that is pretty much what you'd see. Diffraction shifts in that way through car windows when seen from both outside and inside at the same time. Actually it's why I was confused to start with. I didn't think anyone would have gone to those lengths in P'Shop. I know I wouldn't have thought of it.
As someone else has already said, It's a real scene from Miami. Doesn't mean the car is real though - LOL!

The car has to be a render. Like I said, the skyline is from about 1 year ago...
I still can't tell where it is taken from. I am positive it is from the west though. I was on streetview and everything - still cannot place the location.
