I was wondering if anyone has a VAG-COM cable and software in the Orange County area? My car just threw a CEL and wanted to check on it. If anyone has one, please PM me. Thanks in advance!

I need help as well. I have a fixxer upper i just purchased and the air bag light is on, need to find the problem and hopefully its just a simple reset. I live in Garden Grove so anywhere in the socal area withing a 15-20 mile radius works for me. Thanks.

Matt, I don't mind. I'm not to familiar with the B8's but I will do some research and find out the code for the fog and daytime running lights. As for the stereo you would have to let me know what you are looking for.

I have a B7 so dont worry about that. my steering wheel menu button or whatever isnt changing the different modes and i wanna get the AUX adapter for my car too and in the DIY it says that i need the VAGCOM to finish it. the DIY for the daytime running lights and fog lights say there needs to be an adjustment with e VAGCOM as well thats why i needed that help. i havent done either of the two mods yet so when i get those done ill hit u up. if not u can hit me up if u wanna just meet and bullshit about the cars.

I'm in Livonia/Farmington Hills MI and am looking for the same thing. I'll pay if they can unlock my DVD while driving as well as a few other mods. Even if I purchased the Vag Com I don't think I'd know how to do it so this seems like the best solution.
Anyone in MI looking to make some holiday money for an hour of there time I'm here ready to pay, please let me know

All we have to do is write down the original code before we change it and then mess around to get it to work. If it doesn't work, we just enter the old code and its back to new. I'm free most days. Just let me know. I'm down to hang out as well. Its the only time I can work on my car when I'm out with friends or they come over lol. Wife hogs my time.
Coupee: If you are in the Laguna area anytime this weekend, hit me up and I can clear the CEL for you.

I will have my VagCom (knock off from amazon) today with a copy of VagCom 409. If anyone that knows how to use it and needs to borrow just let me know. I am in the Garden Grove area. I will be using it tonight, to clear out the CEL and mess around with the interface.

Hi I'm crashing this thread to ask for vagcom help. My airbag light turns on when I'm installing new wiring for the radio. Would like some help to reset the light on my 2011 CC. I am located in Tustin, thanks!

The guys at Pacific German (http://pacificgerman.com) in Lake Forest did some tweaks on my 2010 A6 today and they were great! Got in and out of there in 15 mins and they said I could come back any time and do it again. Highly recommend them.
