want to change rims for my A4. I found this ones right here, but i don't know that name of those. Anyone know?

Wheels are lexus fitment 5x114.3 LC818's
19x8.5 et 30 up front and 19x10 et38 in the back

INdeed, they are staggered 5x114 19" Linea Corse wheels. That is certainly an "only done once" setup for the b7... great dude with great taste right thurrrr. Unfortunately the car is no more :/

If you are looking for a similar look, you are probably better off going with a 19" Miro 111 setup.

If you are looking for my opinion, I think you should:

1.) Make sure you have a good suspension setup.
2.) If you like the look of those wheels, go with the 111's in a staggered 18" setup.
3.) Proceed to dial in the suspension to fit the wheels accordingly.
