Do you think it would be better to redrill for 5 x 112 PCD on a set of BBS RC 18 x 7.5 38ET with
5 x 100 PCD or go with adapters 19MM with studs.

TIA.

if done properly, drilled. but I would be a bit scared of the average mill shop getting it lined up enough to make it right. they would have to make up a little jig for it.

I'm going to say adapters simply because of the weak specs of those wheels. But that's me. [:)]

Weak specs??? I was under the impression that BBS RCs are forged, but could be wrong.

7.5" B/C that they can off my old 2004 .:R32

Stock VW RCs are not forged. Sell the wheels and get new ones.

That is what I am trying to do locally, but considering a second option if it does sell.

A redrill is going top be $200-300 and Adapters would be about 300. And they are still only 7.5" wide and with adapters they would poke but still be skinny and run a skinny tires.

If you have the option, go with adapter spacers.

yeah idk how well the structural integrity of the wheels with hold up if you start drilling into them. Spacers can come on and off, but theres no going back from drilling. and they are both in the same ballpark as far as prices go, so i think drilling would be the unintelligent thing to do here
