recently I have replaced seals on rear differential now I have found another leak thought wasn't there it is pinion seal and this one is tricky it needs to remove the entire catback exhaust and heat shield with possibility of removing entire driveshaft in order to access the seal on center and rear differential,
anybody done it ? looking for tips and tools I might need, I looked at the manual and to replace rear pinion seal required few tools that I don't have , the
center seal behind transmission is easier to remove , I am also thinking to remove the rear differential if it might be easier to access the seal..

I have done both of these, I don't recall there being anything special beyond a triple square (12 pt) socket for the cv bolts. Anyone else?

did you drop entire main driveshaft ? from tranny to rear differential ?

Yes. You need to drop the exhaust first, then the heat shields and then finally, the driveshaft assembly with center support bearing.
