Ok, so long story short, AoA is buying back my 2010 S4 due to numerous issues (i.e. Suspension, AC, Supercharger, CEL and exhaust). the car was in the shop a total of 56 days due to all these problems in the first 2 years of ownership.

AoA ordered my replacement 2012 S4 with prestige, CF inlays and sports differential on July 27th. I spoke to the guy handling my case and he sais that the ETA for mt car would be early September...does that time line seem realistic? Can AoA expedite the car order/building process?

I bet for you Audi can do anything and they should. You should harass them a lot telling them you want the car here from Germany in 3 weeks or less.

No, Same terms and conditions as my 2010. Not too bad in my opinion. A car 2 model years newer for all my issues i've had with my current S4.

I call the AoA rep at least once a week for updates. I was trying to get them to throw in ADS but got shot down real quick..lol. actually found a 2012 with all my options plus ADS in Cali but i would have to pay the extra 3900 to get it..bummer..lol

haha. the car comes with rear camera prep..if i have to wait a few months to have the camera..so be it..it is what it is..

That's a pretty quick order/delivery time. I put my order in august 1st and it's not expected to be at the dealership until 1st week of November

You shouldn't have to pay the full $3,900 since you already have Sport Diff. I don't use US pricing but it should be around $2,500 diff.

As much as i want ADS, i would not pay the extra 2500 either...i think having the sports diff is good enough..i was just trying to get it thrown if for free..
