Hi Guys!
Learned a ton about Audi and S4's from this forum and now I'm part of the family! Took delivery this weekend of a BB S4. Ordered mid-May (< 3 months for build[cool]). Specs are:
- Brilliant Black Prestige
- Black Napa Leather
- Rear / side sunshades
- ADS
Now regret not getting the carbon inlays.[:/]
Told the dealer not to prep the car, just unwrap it. After delivery from the dealership, drove directly to Phil's for a proper detailing. All I can say is wow!! It looked good when I picked it up, it looked even better when I picked it up from Phil! Amazing job! Highly recommended![up]
Anyway, just wanted to share the good news with the community! This is my DD, only 4 miles to/fro train station to work, but now it will be a fun 4 miles! [:D]

I think Phil's going to post some pics from the detailing. If not, I'll post some this weekend.

Yeah, stop reminding me about that. My first black car, and brilliant black no less! But the color I originally wanted (the dark blue, forget its name) was no longer offered for 2012. I didn't want to take a chance on the two new colors, midnight blue and monsoon grey (saw the latter at the dealer - it's a great color!), so went with BB. Time will tell if I will enjoy it or regret it.[:|]. But agree with tomtom, it's sexy as all hell when it's nice and clean! [drool]
Jersey needs more B8s; welcome. 6mt or DSG?

Matt@oCarbon can fix you up with a set of CF trim that actually looks much better than the CF that comes from the factory. You can even get it to replace the silver plastic trim around the instrument panel. Check out this link if you have interest. Be aware that the trim offered in this group buy is made to be close to the Factory trim. Matt has other Cf trim styles as well. http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/425022-oCarbon.com-quot-OEM-quot-vent-and-MMI-carbon-fiber-trim-group-buy

DSG. The tranny is super quick and I haven't driven a stick in years! Will use the paddles though when I go to the track w her.

Very nice as usual Phil. soc, any reason you didn't have Phil remove the V6T badges while he had it there?

How much do you charge for a detail like that?& How many hours does it take?

As soon as I got home and looked the car over, I thought, 'Damn, shoulda asked Phil to take the V6T badges off!'. I'll try to ignore them until my next visit to Phil's!
