So i bought the car in july last year as a birthday present from me to me. [>_<] I traded this in http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/ImportedPhotos00000.jpg
for this
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/066.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/068.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/071.jpg
thats enough stock pics. everyone knows what a stock by b7 looks like. So anyways my first mod was her name, Becky... the brilliant black b7. My second mod was a hifonics 10" sub mounted in a bassworx box powered by a kenwood 1000.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0553.jpg
my friend also bought me an OEM ice scraper
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0556.jpg
and then i deployed.... bought a lot of goodies while i was gone and everything was waiting for me when i got home. my next mod was getting rid of the symphony and installing the oem RNS-E.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0517.jpg
next was a snub mount old http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0525.jpg
new
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0528.jpg
got a carbonio with a 034 turbo inlet pipe. i know i know. fail for no pic. but look on the bright side, i got a unitronic stg 2 tune, obx exhaust, and 034 test pipe installed by AMS autowerks in linden, NJ (great shop btw)
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0559.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0557.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0550.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0549.jpg
with all that being installed the next obvious choice was to install the new south vent boost gauge. it only comes in black so i bought a black center vent and replaced the tan fins on the passenger side vent with black ones. it gave me some problems but after troubleshooting i found out i had a bad ground. easy fix.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0519.jpg
So ive always been a fan of the FUNK button mod used to mute a radar detector. i dont speed often but having the radar gives me peace of mind when i do. i also kept the coiled cord instead of using the phone cord. i just like how it keeps tension on the cord.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0575.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0567.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0574.jpg
and just two days ago i went to AMS one more time to have my ST coilovers installed, roll my fenders and..... FAFA'S MEISTERS!!!! yep i bought them from him and he did a great job with the offsets and stretching the tires.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/IMAG0084.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/IMAG0085.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/IMAG0086.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/IMAG0087.jpg
and quattro sleeping next to a quattro. haha.
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/IMAG0089.jpg
my final mod for now will be the awe intercooler, it arrived damaged but awe fixed it for free.
[:D] http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0478.jpghttp://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x140/igjoe1989/becky/DSCF0541.jpg
and this is how she sit for now

Well damn, haha. That's quite the intro to your car. Very nice work!
Fafa's wheels look good on your car. How they treating those quarters? [>_<]

How are the ST coilovers holding up?

suprisingly the ST's are a lot more comfortable than i expected and no worries with the quarters so far. i know its a lot to post at once but it was pretty much stock until after my deployment so i figured i would just put it all on here at once. And ryan im not sure what im a fan of more, your car, or your photography. both are amazing. i wish i haz foto skilz. :(

Welcome and nice car. I am not a fan of the wheels or stretched tires, but I like everything else. Very clean install on the passport. I agree with you on the ST coilovers, they are very comfortable. I think they are targeted more for look than they are actual handling given that the price range also falls within the shocks/springs combo prices. I feel you can't go really low with them though as they start to drive like crap after about 1.5" for me.

Dang man. Slow down. This process sposed to take a little time. Make me feel a inadequate by intro'ing myself with a blackout grill and 18" wheels.

Just kidding. Impressive list. You really went at it. Looking good. Don't forget curpra lip. Spotted that in there.

And guess I'll be the first to take the easy shot: why'd you put the suspension from that Frontier on your new A4 if you were only going to go coils later? Do it right the first time they always say.

i like it!

but the front needs to come down a bit more to match your rear.....or your rear needs to come up a little to match your front.....great looking car tho!

i think the back is the way it is is because he is parked on the curb which brings the front up a bit and the back lower the it is

Glad to hear the ST's are good. I'm still in the debate of whether I want to go air or a better coilover setup. I prefer air, but money is the factor here.
And thanks, photography just takes practice. I'm not that good, haha.

Are the ST's pretty stiff though? Didn't know if they hold up with the heavy car and poke you have.

dang, you caught me, i honestly completely forgot about the lip. and that stock suspension was ridiculous!!! i could conquer mountains with that thing before. And i wouldve started this post a while ago but i was stuck in the sandbox. try to imagine this thing being updated over six months. i was stock for 6 months with just the sub and amp if that makes it any better???

i like it!

The rear of the car is parked on a higher curb which makes the rear look a lot lower than the front. i can still go lower in the front but im about to make a little road trip so i wanted to leave it until H2O.

Haha. i even mentioned you in the post too. i was really suprised when i picked them up from my friends house because the boxes werent damaged at all and thats amazing considering they came from miami. Which one is the "do"??

i say if you have coils already... then just buy bags. no reason to replace your carpet with hardwood and then cover it with a rug. right? I've only had the ST's on for a couple days and they've been soft enough to be comfortable and stiff enough to keep the wheel from the quarter. if you could see the roads in jersey and PA it'd probably give you more confidence in them.

i thought the black vents being black would look awkward but it blends in nicely

Wasted no time at all on that, looks great though. Wish I had a reputable tuner shop closer to me, be nice to deal with shops in person every once in a while like you have at AMS

its definitely nice being near good shops. and to be an hour away from AWE and AMS. i guess im just lucky.

that was all fafa's doing. he knows how to make a tire and wheel combo look better than you thought it could.

I rode 4 deep today on my way to lunch and the rears never hit the quarters. And this was also on Jersey roads too. extremely happy with the ST's.
